‘What’s your cancellation policy’ 

Deposit’s and final payment’s are are non refundable (purely as I have to ensure costs are covered and the venue requires prepayment). I will always try to do what I can, and if we can resell your ticket, I am happy to offer a reschedule or refund in this case.

If we do find someone to take the space, there is just a £50 admin fee deducted from the deposit, or £75 if the cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to the retreat. 

‘Can I book a room with a friend?” 

Absolutely! Just let us know when you’re booking that you’re wanting to book as a pair, and we can organise that for you. 

Is Travel Included? 

No, all accommodation, catering, workshops and group scheduled activities are included in the cost! Travel expenses and insurance are something you need to organise.
